FAQ

When will you ship my item(s)?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-7 days of payment.

When will I receive my item(s)?

Most items should be received within 2-3 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialties, sale price, and giveaway items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

Where are my item(s) coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in the US, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the U.K, France, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Taipei, and China.

Will my item(s) be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Will I be provided with a tracking number?

Some promotional items will have tracking numbers and others will not, depending on where they are shipping from. If your item is shipped with a tracking number, we will provide it to you on request.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

What if my goods don’t arrive?

We have you covered. We support our customers all the way and if you don’t get your goods in the specified time we will refund you. Apart from this, we use only payment methods that protect you from malpractice – PayPal and Credit Cards. We have never had a dispute with a customer – we simply do the right thing.

What if my goods are faulty or broken when they arrive?

We have a returns center in the USA to which the goods may be returned (see our refunds page). We will always do the right thing for our customers
